A new postmaster takes over the duties of Paul Karagianis. The policy to ban everyone who complains to the President remains in place

There have been some recent changes here at SJU and some issues that need clarification.

I will be taking over Postmaster duties at Maelstrom from Paul Karagianis. This has nothing to do with Paul's performance or my abilities, but reflects the needs of Information Technology. Paul's skills are essential for more demanding projects and the PM job falls to me by default. I expect I will be seeking his help often.

Stanton Peele has been banned from this system for his actions in sending mail to the President of SJU. This strong action will be continued in the future for similar actions. There is another side of this issue, however. All attacks or summaries of his "transgressions" are also banned from this system. We can not condone attacking someone who has no voice to defend himself. This applies not only to a system-wide ban but to anyone who has been dropped or silenced on a single list. If eliminate someone from your list then attacks on that person on the list must cease also.
