... Lastly, thanks for working so hard on our behalf, both with your books and this Website. I was in black despair when I came across The Truth About Addiction and Recovery in a used bookstore. That book was like the sun coming up. I found that my addictions, which I had hung over me for decades, all dissolved like morning dew. I'm now profoundly unhappy because at the same time I realized how much I'd hurt so many people over the years. But at least I have the consolation of knowing that I was able to stop everything over the course of one week, by using your materials to analyze what I was doing, and replace it all with constructive behavior and thought processes that I'd been working towards for many years anyway... but your teachings catalyzed my understanding.
